The Office for Social Responsibility of China National Textile and Apparel Council was established in May 2005. It is the executive body of the Social Responsibility Construction Association(RSCA) of CNTAC and the first national permanent social responsibility organization in China. Adhering to the industry orientation of "science and technology, green and fashion", it establishes a public platform for industrial social responsibility, provides professional social responsibility services, and assists member enterprises and stakeholders to achieve social responsibility goals and achieve the vision of "improving enterprise competitiveness, building a harmonious society and guiding the sustainable development of the industry".
